    Responsibilities:

    • Drive the implementation and delivery of all leadership programs.
    • Ensures program curriculum and content is current and relevant to business needs.
    • Develop additional job aids and other learning support materials.
    • Prepare all needed communications for training programs, workshops, webinars, etc.
    • Recommend and train other associates for participation in program facilitation.
    • Provide regular project updates to business leaders and Manager of Talent Development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Experience in Talent Development
    • 3-5 years of experience in Training/Learning/Development
    • 3+ year of supervisory experience; preferably in an operations role
    • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to set up, calibrate, and operate web-conferences as well as audio and video equipment

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities 


    Job Duty 

    • Drive the implementation and delivery of all leadership programs
    • Ensures program curriculum and content is current and relevant to business needs
    • Develop additional job aids and other learning support materials
    • Prepare all needed communications for training programs, workshops, webinars, etc.
    • Recommend and train other associates for participation in program facilitation
    • Provide regular project updates to business leaders and Manager of Talent Development
    • Coordinate and facilitate any pilot or dry-run programs within assigned projects
    • Conduct evaluations and analyze metrics for programs; provide reports on project metrics
    • Conduct vendor research, cost analysis, program planning and implementation to improve programs and processes
    • Actively participates as an informed subject matter learning expert in client group meetings ensuring that Talent Development is adequately represented
    • Partners with Talent Department leaders to ensure an integrated and coordinated team approach in providing learning solutions.
    • Determines cost effective training approaches to meet the geographical challenges of providing learning programs in a variety of locations.

    - This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

     

    Travel and/or Driving Requirements

    - Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job
    - Travel up to 80%

     

    Minimum Qualifications

    The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
    Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

                            (Preferred) Master's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Field of Study/Area of Experience: Talent Development

    - 3-5 years of experience in Training/Learning/Development
    - 3+ year of supervisory experience; preferably in an operations role

     

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
    • Ability to set up, calibrate, and operate web-conferences as well as audio and video equipment

     

    Environmental & Physical Requirements

     

    Office / Sedentary Requirements
    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
